ED Navigator Support
Emergency department decision support for licensed clinicians.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the app version (Settings → About). Please don’t send patient information.
What the app does
Choose one of 25 common chief complaints, answer pertinent history and exam questions, and complete validated risk tools (HEART, PERC, Wells and others). The app builds a workup plan — labs, imaging, bedside tests and indicated medications — updates it as results come in, gives admit/discharge guidance, and drafts a SOAP note. All of this works offline with no account.
Optional AI features
AI plan review, reassessment, disposition consult, case questions, AI-written notes, and dictation use an AI provider you choose — Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or Google (Gemini) — with your own API key. To turn them on: Settings → AI provider → paste your key → allow sending de-identified case data. Usage is billed by the provider to your account.
Common questions
Where is my data? On your iPhone only. Cases are stored in the app and deleted when you delete them or the app. See the privacy policy.
Why don’t I see doses? The App Store version names indicated medications but leaves dosing to your institutional protocols and pharmacy.
Dictation says it’s locked. Dictation is an AI feature; add an AI provider key in Settings first. Microphone and Speech Recognition permission must be on in the iPhone Settings app.
Can I use it for real patients? Enter de-identified information only — no names, record numbers, or dates of birth. The app supports, and does not replace, clinical judgment.
